Impacting Design

This an exterior view of the U. C. Irvine medical center. The open feeling expands the space considerably, even beyond it’s high ceilings and open common areas.

Office Complex

This is the interior atrium of a twin office complex in Irvine, California. The two sides of the building are connected by bridges at alternate levels. Circa 1994.

– Highest atrium in California at 10 stories tall.



Medical Clinic

This is the central skylight waiting area for a two story medical clinic at U.C. Irvine. The open and well lit waiting area is a feature which attracts attention.

Universal Studio’s Headquarters

This included the 14 story Executive Office Tower, the Commisary Building, The Casting Building (Shown here ), as well as the Tectnicolor Film Processing Building. Circa 1973

Linder Building, Los Angeles

A 15 story office building with sheaves in silver aliminum panels and black glass. A unique feature is the inclusion of the outdoor balcony on each floor. During the construction phase E.F. Hutton rented the entire building. Circa 1976

This is a lobby for a medical clinic located in Riverside, California. It features warm, natural lighting and high ceilings for an open feeling. Circa 1984
